“I can’t say enough about how amazing Interstate Battery was when I needed help the most. My car broke down unexpectedly in their parking lot, leaving me stranded and stressed. Not only were they professional and helpful, but they also went above and beyond.
They diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a solution. They even checked a couple of other things and assured me my car was in good shape and the issue could be resolved. A failing alternator was the problem.
I’m so grateful for their honesty, efficiency, and how they made a stressful situation much easier. If you're looking for a trustworthy battery service center that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further! Highly recommend them!

I had an appointment through GEICO to have the damage inspected after hitting a deer. I checked in at the appointment time and only waited a few minutes. Joe came out to the vehicle with me, asked a few questions, and took pictures. I was on my way in less than 20 minutes!”
“UAB does great body work. First I had a piece of trim on the front drivers side panel of my ‘03 Infiniti G35 Coupe popped loose. I brought it to UAB, they took look at it and fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I came back about month later and had them repair a crack in my front bumper. “I’ve had to work with them twice this year alone (sadly) and the customer service is bomb. They have a waiting room where you can chill out before they come to get pictures for an estimate but I’ve never even had to wait long.
Both times the damage to my vehicles was not my fault so in full transparency I can’t comment on pricing (i.e., fair, high, affordable, etc.) but I can tell you they work on your behalf when dealing with insurance. One con is that parking is extremely tight, but I always manage to find a spot.”

“Mr. Kim does outstanding work! He replaced the interior seat covering on my 1972 Monte Carlo and did a great job. His estimate was reasonable and he stuck by the price. I needed seat foam for the front seats but none were in stock. Mr. Kim found some foam in his inventory and custom made them to fit my car. “Just had my fuel 20x9’s with 33’s mounted and balanced with these guys. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. I actually had these tires mounted and balanced 2 weeks prior down the road from a different shop and they did a terrible job along with fooling me and pushing me out the door. I almost sold this brand new set because of the lies I was told about my set up. Jeff here at bad boyz not only redid the mount and balance, but took photos and educated me on everything wrong. Very honest and reliable shop.”

“Since Shoppers grocery left this area, I think people forget that this auto jewel is here. And that is a tragedy. I was directed here by a car shop that didn't have what I needed. And guess what? They were right!!! Advance had what I needed and saved me the trip, time, and the cost of going to my dealership. I was able to get a battery for my key fob and they even changed it for me. So I was back and operational in minutes!The only negative was there was no readily available sanitizer upon entrance. Sigh. Every place can't be perfection. But with the time and cost savings, I will definitely go back (but I will just take my own sanitizer)!”
