“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“I wish I had before picture but I'll try to describe the "before" state of the vehicle as best as possible. My fiance and I brought in my F-I-L's vehicle, a 2013 Honda Pilot. There was sun damage to the roof's paint and front driver fender/bumper damage. An eye soar definitely, The fender/bumper looked like a crumpled piece of paper covered in speckled rust . ? Out of the many estimates we gathered we remembered a family friend used this company's service before on multiple cars in the past.We figured we would at least get an estimate, compare pricing from neighboring Autobody shops, and go from there. Little did we know, how smooth and trouble-free this process would be. From the moment we stepped in the door we recieved EXCELLENT SERVICE. The gentleman that aided our pleasant experience was Jeff. We recieved a spot on estimate of when the vehicle would be completed, which made for scheduling and returning our rental stress free. This is just one instance of how well this company's communication is, not only with customers but as a unit themselves.Upon picking up the vehicle, I was and still am in awe over the perfection Springfield Auto Body accomplished. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is merely an understatement as this company is priceless in the ethics and professionalism they exude. Jeff let me know that the paint was difficult to match and gave me a 1-2 ounce bottle of paint with directions on how to apply it. I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in without an appointment just to inquire about their availability for a repair. I actually had these tires mounted and balanced 2 weeks prior down the road from a different shop and they did a terrible job along with fooling me and pushing me out the door. I almost sold this brand new set because of the lies I was told about my set up. Jeff here at bad boyz not only redid the mount and balance, but took photos and educated me on everything wrong.
