“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”

“I wish I had before picture but I'll try to describe the "before" state of the vehicle as best as possible. My fiance and I brought in my F-I-L's vehicle, a 2013 Honda Pilot. There was sun damage to the roof's paint and front driver fender/bumper damage. An eye soar definitely, The fender/bumper looked like a crumpled piece of paper covered in speckled rust . ? Out of the many estimates we gathered we remembered a family friend used this company's service before on multiple cars in the past.We figured we would at least get an estimate, compare pricing from neighboring Autobody shops, and go from there. Little did we know, how smooth and trouble-free this process would be. From the moment we stepped in the door we recieved EXCELLENT SERVICE. The gentleman that aided our pleasant experience was Jeff. We recieved a spot on estimate of when the vehicle would be completed, which made for scheduling and returning our rental stress free. This is just one instance of how well this company's communication is, not only with customers but as a unit themselves.Upon picking up the vehicle, I was and still am in awe over the perfection Springfield Auto Body accomplished. The saying, "You get what you pay for" is merely an understatement as this company is priceless in the ethics and professionalism they exude. Jeff let me know that the paint was difficult to match and gave me a 1-2 ounce bottle of paint with directions on how to apply it. Electrical problems tripping the security Passlock on my borrowed 2000 Chevy Suburban had bested me and a competent locksmith. Ron fit me right into the day's schedule despite a full shop since I was on vacation and stranded. The techs had experience with the Passlock system but traced the problem into the body circuits and got me back on the road very quickly. “If possible and they have any availability, you just may want to make Auto Collision Express (A.C.E.) your first and last choice when looking for a place to get your car's bodywork and paint job done. Short end of a long... long... long story is: our 1999 Honda Accord was hit in the Wal-Mart parking lot and the young lady's car insurance company took full responsibility (financially and car rental) for the necessary fix. Katie from A.C.E. was our first point-of-contact and she was good. She walked us through the if/then potentials for our situation (based on what they could see on the outside of the vehicle), what the process would entail, and provided us with a Preliminary Estimate (electronic copy) from Lee (the estimator) by COB day. Although she was set to go on vacation, she handed the runner's baton off to Lexi (the finance lady for P.R.O. & A.C.E.) who was covering the front desk while she was on leave; Lexi provided us with car updates and next-step discussions over the final 4 days of a nine-day process. The final work was jaw dropping. The paint job, removal, and/or replacement of parts (fender, front panel gusset, fender bracket and the list goes on and on for 30 lines) was done with such precision and care. Before leaving the shop with our Honda, Lexi reviewed our bill with me line by line and walked me out to review/inspect and get my feedback about the job. Having dealt with and experienced others' stories with paint & collision body-shops in the past, my husband and I have seen our share of good, bad, and ugly bodywork outcomes living in South Florida. The bodywork and paint job was honestly...... well-done! This is not only a business that does work of a high-professional standard, but they show care, competency and are honest with you. We were NEVER asked to submit this review... we did this (within days of receiving our car) because people often talk more about their negative experiences, (which consumers have the right to do) that we wanted this review to shout-out our platinum experience- from start to finish- at Auto Collision Express (from July 24th to August 2nd of 2019).”
