“I haven't been to Belks in a long time but decided to go there to get my wife a Mother's day gift. They always have a large selection of name brand perfumes and name brand purses. I downloaded the Belk app in order to use coupons in the store.”
“Always get great service at Target but this was the first time I had to do a return. They are A-listers at returns too. Entire staff we interacted with was very helpful and professional, front to back, top to bottom. Their competition should stop by and take notes!”
“On 11/2, the wifi went down in the store, so credit cards could not be taken. My cashier was able to suspend my transaction while I went to the bank and came back with cash. She was very helpful and recognized me when I came back in. She didn't make me wait in line for a second time and had another cashier help me right away. When leaving I was just about done unloading my cart when the young man gathering the carts asked if he could take my cart for me. All the employees were so helpful during a situation that was not ideal.”
“They have really tastey fresh made chocolate chip cookies in the bakery.? They pack about 20 up in a container.. this is day 2 and Ive opened it multiple times and the cookies are still soft. They are so good, better than Subways cookies? so thats really good. Not to mention the single served donuts.. my favorite is the white powdered raspberry donut. Heaven!??️They have a clean seafood section with several options unlike a supercenter down the street. I enjoy their salad bar from time to time and I also explore the organic section and appreciate what I find. Im pleased to report the fact that they always have motorized carts available as I have trouble breathing and can not walk long distances.”

“I’ve ran into a couple people that work at the Family Dollars throughout town that aren’t so nice and I had ended up leaving one store BUT today I thought I would go back to the one on Fort Collier Road in Winchester and I am SO GLAD I did. I met Abie. I was nervous because I was about to literally ask him price check probably 20 pieces of clothing. ? ?. The woman at another Family Dollar rolled her eyes at me and was visibly irritated but ABIE, he was like “ That’s my Job” and smiled at me. I was about to cry. Happy tears. He is cool and awesome and one of the most professional and pleasant staff members I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with and helping me. You see, I did two rounds of price checking with different clothes and that is not an easy task especially with all the anti theft device beeping. So he checked me out and was patient in taking all those magnetic anti theft clips off. He did them all without one complaint and smiled and all I can say is Thank you Abie. You made my day, actually my week alot better. God bless you Abie.”

“I have been going to Shawnta' for the last 10 years and she's never disappointed! Anytime I'm complimented or asked about my hair I always point them in her direction. A lot of my requests have been things she's never tried before, But she does go all out to do research for something she's new to. The blue hair is something I've been wanting for a while now and it turned out even better than I was hoping for! I won't let anyone, but her touch my hair. She always does a 5* job!”
“Stopped in here whilst on vacation to grab a couple of things for our house, and was surprised by the large selection. The fresh fruit and vegetable area was quite large, as was the bakery. I was able to find everything I needed very quickly and the store was very clean. Only complaint was that there was no pumpkin beer but I'm sure it was due to the fact that it was late August and not closer to fall. Would return if in the area!”

“Shopped with my daughter for things for her dorm today at this store and we LOVED it! Well organized, fully stocked with great prices! Everyone was very friendly and so helpful, especially the manager. He went out of his way to help us. He showed us pillows and lamps and was super helpful. We found so much at this store-- 2 carts full of things... lamps, mirrors, sheets, towels, a cart with wheels, pictures for her to hang on her dorm walls, make -up organizers, picture frames and more! Her dorm is going to be beautiful! Can't wait to come back to this store and shop again!”
