This Belk was at least open at 10AM. I arrived around 10:15 and noticed J.C. Penney's and Men's Wearhouse were opening at 11. Seriously? Might be why malls are dying. But I needed some assistance in the mens dept and could find no employees anywhere nearby. After some time I just left.
