“I only spent about 2 minutes here as I was looking for a propane tank refill for my RV but unlike many other Tractor Supply Co. stores, this is one of the few that does propane tank refills. The staff member I talked to was very friendly and professional on letting me know about this though!”

“This place is awesome, so unexpected in Williamsburg. We were able to find exactly what we needed to accessorize a prom outfit, and they nailed it. We were able to try everything on, too! And they have a load of stuff in the back in the warehouse, too. So you might want to call ahead!”
“When I first moved to Williamsburg, I saw a post on Facebook for a free class; I was way out of shape and had not exercised in over 28 years regularly. With some encouragement from some friends back in Indiana I took the plunge and tried a free class. Dani, Maddy and Jill were amazing at making me feel comfortable trying a class. Fast forward 10 months and I am a regular taking 4 or 5 classes a week! The barre community is amazing at encouraging each other and putting a smile on our face. Everyone is welcoming and positive; and we are all working to better ourselves! The instructors (Jill, Jojo, Maria, Nicole, and Jackie) are top notch and make classes so much more fun! I absolutely look forward to my workout every day! If you have not tried it head over to barre and see what you’re missing! Tucking our way to being stronger mentally and physically!”
“Lost the pants of my suit 2 hours before a wedding, ran into this store. Ms. Courtney and Ms. Megan were fantastic! Couldn’t find the right grey to match my suit so she found a nice blue pair on sale that went with my tie and my girlfriend’s dress. They were fast, funny, and helped me out as much as possible.
Both of these women were fantastic and deserve a raise. I’ll be shopping here again to acquire the rest of this blue set because I think it looks quite sharp. My girlfriend loves it.

“Shout out to April working at Lane Bryant in the Burg today. I went in & she greeted me. She came over & asked if she could me. (There's a lot of stores that do not do that) I told her exactly what I wanted & she brought me 3 different items & the one I liked the best fit perfectly. Thank you April for your customer service & the letter you sent. I managed a store in the Outlets for 7yrs & we always prided ourselves on customer service & now it's so rare. Keep up the great work!”

“Went on 8/19 to Williamsburg location to return some items I had ordered online.
The experience was excellent and showed me that real old fashioned customer service still exists.I was greeted when I came into the store. The return process was very efficient. I was educated about how to translate Chico’s sizes to the size numbers that are usually in retail stores. Chico’s has expanded its sizes with more availability in larger sizes. It is my plan to return there in person when my family member comes to visit so she can try on clothes vs. ordering online.
There are dressing rooms available. The outlet mall was very busy on a Sunday with school starting soon . I was able to get a parking space close by. The prices were excellent with a wide variety of merchandise and sizes.”
“We were shopping at the Michael Kors Outlet in Wrentham, MA. They did not have the handbag that we wanted so they located it at this Michael Kors Outlet in Williamsburg, VA.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Adrianna at this location and she took all the information that they needed so they could send me a link to pay for the purchase and they would send it out to us.
I just want to say that Adrianna went over and above to help us out in this matter. She has a great personality and it was a pleasure to speak with her. I wish all store employees were this nice.

“I was assisted by a sales associate, Jatoria. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I was looking for Girlfriend khaki slacks, and she told be that they had been rebranded. Jatoria took me to the rack where the Midrise Downtown khakis were. I found my size. However, they didn't have the colors I wanted, so she ordered them online, and they are being shipped free to my house. I returned to the store to exchange/return items, and was helped by the store manager Tasha. She knows her stuff, and is very personable. I was also assisted on the phone by Bri and Rashida. Both of whom were so kind as to hold an item for me because I couldn't come in. I had the pleasure of being helped today by Kemare. An efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales associate. “I visited this weekend on Saturday, 10/8 from Richmond and cannot say enough good things about the store/associates. With things the way they've been through the pandemic, I am amazed at the neatness of the store as well as the full inventory. They even called another store to find an item and ship it to my home. I will drive 45 minutes with no regrets to be able to browse neat stores with kind staff over staying local and being told to "look online." Although, due to the full inventory and kind associates, I spend waaaayyyy toooo much money:)”

“We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!”
