When I entered the store I was greeted by Joseph. Joseph was so likable and funny that I immediately calmed down and explained my problem. He was very professional and friendly and worked with me. I walked out in a great mood and didn’t even have to switch providers ?”

Helped me transfer all the data from my previous iPhone to my new iPhone & synch it with my new Apple Watch. Also helped me save money overall. While I was there I had help from several customer service representatives who helped me and one another; they worked well as a team. They were all very patient, which is a rare quality in retail, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and their service. My parents are going to be their next customers. They took a lot of time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I feel confident with the information they provided and would give 10/10 stars but 5/5 is the most amount of stars I have access to. Highly recommend.”
