“My wife, Gina, and I want to thank Mr.T’s for a great job done on our vehicle. We were on vacation getting ready to leave and we had an issue with our Honda pilot. Mr. T garage got us in the same day and fixed the problem the same day. This was not an easy problem to fix. I am very thankful. They were very hospitable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”
“Drove in for vacation from St. Louis into the area and rear brakes were scraping. Did a Google search for brake work and saw Williamsburg Automotive as highly rated. Even though it was an hour away from where we were staying, was willing to go there because Micah was super nice and managed to fit me in the next day. Obviously, I'm a tourist and didn't have time to shop around before returning home so was worried about getting overcharged but Micah is an honest guy and got it fixed with new rear brake pads and rotors at about the same price as what my trusted mechanic back home would have charged me. This was well worth the peace of mind to drive back through the mountains on my return home with the added weight of having a trailer on the minivan. Definitely recommend!
Note that it is a gas station too (with blue colors, not red like in the photos)--the first time driving there, I wasn't sure and pulled in to the wrong parking lot for the strip mall.”
“Took my 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 in today for some 70k maintenance this morning. Had transmission fluid flushed, engine oil treatment, serpentine belt/pulley replaced, and brakes looked at that were squealing. Honestly, for all the work done, it only took them 4 hours to do that would have been quicker, but they were 2 quarts short on transmission fluid. They offered shuttle service back home and pickup at no charge to me. So glad I called and had all of this maintenance done, super friendly from start to finish. Highly recommend Trey at service counter and Charles was my technician. It's like I have a brand new truck again!!!!”

“I scheduled a four wheel alignment and oil change. I dropped my car off at business opening (8:00am). I received text confirmation of car check in, a text with the total cost and request to approve the work , a text of the technician ‘s additional findings after completion, and a text that all work was completed and the car was ready for pick up (all completed by 11:23am). This is a fabulously run operation. My interaction with Valerie, Ricardo and Broc was, as always is, a reminder of how exceptional the customer oriented focus is at American Pride-Newtown.”
“My daughter was traveling home from college and her low tire indicator came on. Inflating the tire did not make it go away. Tire Choice quickly accommodated her visit, thoroughly checked out the car and then she was able to travel safely home. They were polite and professional.”

“Slight accident with a curb that came outta nowhere. Had to get a tire replaced. Went here. Rodney gave us several options for new and used tires. Ended up buying 4 new tires as the tread on ours was uneven. Said we'd be in and out in 40 minutes. Clocked em at 41.5. car rides like new. If you're in Williamsburg from outta town and have a tire issue, DO NOT go to the chain tire places. Go here first.”
“Love my 2003 Sequoia with 392,000 miles but you do run into some strange issues at those mileage ranges.
Chris and team at Peninsula Auto Repair stayed with the clock spring, air bag light, horn and steering control issues for several days until it was resolved and I could drive it safely to Cape Cod. He never gave up.

“Encountered a really bad tire blowout. Called an hour before close and instead of rude, bitter employees the guys welcomed me in to get a full swap done. Cannot express how customer friendly, and professional the staff was with finding the exact tire I needed at a great price to turn around and have my vehicle road ready in no time. 10/10! “My family and I recently visited Williamsburg from out of state and we had some car trouble. My family was at the resort wanting to go to Busch Gardens while I drove by and called several auto repair places. As much as they wanted to help me, they couldn't get me in due to short staffing and heavy workload. As I was searching other auto repair places in the area on my phone I looked up and saw Carroll Automotive. I decided to go in expecting the same answer as the other places. However, they immediately helped me. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the mechanic took my car for a test drive to hear the noise it was causing. He also noticed my serpentine belt was severely decayed and needed replaced. He then put my car up on a lift. They quickly gave me the estimate. And within 2 hours of my arrival they were completed with everything. I was astonished how quickly and thoroughly they fixed my car. I was able to drive back to pick up my family and spent the rest of the day at Busch Gardens. I highly recommend this establishment for any car repairs.”

“Wonderful experience with AAA Car Care. My new Tesla needed a tire rotation. Richmond Tesla is an hour away. AAA was faster than expected and able to do the work. They indicated they can replace the tires when the time comes and align the tires if needed. I did provide the lifting pucks and they were returned.”
