Battery died today and not only did warranty cover but we received a discount on another part we needed. The people that work here are always kind, considerate, helpful and educating. “Took my car to get the window trim replaced as the sun had cracked it. I was quoted a price of $50 for labor for 30 minutes. When I took my car to Ebby's from the time I gave my keys to the lady who was handling to the time someone came back and gave me the keys, at most it was 10 minutes. This means I was charged $50 for a job that took less than 10 minutes. As my husband had the same job done on his car it would appear he was overcharged as well. My husband was told it would take half a day so he got a rental car so he could go to work. Given that the job is easy and quick why was he told this. He could have gone to the store and waited for a few minutes, then gone to work and saved not only the rental fee but the excessive labor fee. While I appreciate that the job was done quickly, I would have appreciated a more accurate labor cost.”

“I was in the market for a new Honda, and knew the exact car/spec I was looking for. I spoke with three other dealerships prior to calling Williamsburg. Priority Honda in Chesapeake quoted $2500 over sticker. Hall Honda quoted $5000 over sticker. Casey Honda didn't return multiple calls. Williamsburg quoted me sticker price with no additional gotcha costs within minutes. Kylie followed up with an itemized quote texted to me. BTW, their processing fee is $300 less than the dealers mentioned earlier. Kylie had the car clean and all paperwork in order when I arrived. I delayed the process by adding a trade to the deal. This only added 15 minutes. I didn't initially intend to trade a vehicle. I brought it to test the waters. Williamsburg offered me the top end of Kelly Blue Book. I took the offer. I will absolutely give Honda Williamsburg first swing at the pitch for my next car purchase despite the hour drive from my house.”

“I would have rated this place 5 stars if only they would have had a specific bolt that I badly needed for my car,(obviously). They didn't have it even though they had a spot for it. To be fair, none of the other auto-parts stores in my area had it either even though they all had a spot for it. I ended up finding that bolt at a particular hardware store that always seems to have what I need. Perplexing, in any case.”

“We have a veloster that we discovered the hard way that the mechanical key was never cut from the factory. When the battery died we couldn't get in to the car. Kevin in the service department was able to get the key cut at no charge. Not sure how the key wasn't cut when new but we purchased the car used and it didn't come from this dealership. Excellent customer service!”
