“Dr Gail Bostic is a very good veterinery. I used to bring my Pomeranian to her until I had to put her to sleep and then I moved and got another dog. I back my dog to another vet and they just come and get your dog and bring it to the back room without you being there. I don’t like that. I like to be there with my dog and I have every right. Dr Gail Bostic takes care of your dog with you there. The other vet was very expensive. Gail Bostic will not do a lot of things and charge you a lot. She only dies what is necessary. So my bill was cut in half and affordable. The whole staff at Bostic Veterinary Hospital were so curtious”

“I know very little about the world of pets. This is why I go to a veterinarian. In the past, when I go to the vet, I get asked a million questions that I don’t know. I also get talked down to and often feel like I am being buckle and dined to death with services I don’t understand. When I ask questions about those services that don’t seem necessary, I am treated a certain way. It feels like I should be apologizing somehow for showing up. My previous veterinarian in Kempsville was like this and is why I went somewhere else.Decided to try Salem Veterinary hospital because I need to board my dog and cat. This place offers that. We are required to get an exam in order to board. Pretty standard. The staff were genuinely friendly people. I was low energy today but they still treated me kindly and even explained the services they were providing without making me feel sorry I asked any questions. Not once did I feel like I was being scammed out of money for services I didn’t need. They even didn’t charge me for a test they usually charge for.All I want to say now is that you should give them a try. I think this will be your new place.”

I have now seen 3 different doctors since being with beach pet and I am more than pleased with all of them! I have had only fantastic experiences from the front desk, vet techs, and the doctors. They all are so knowledgeable and really take time to answer all of my questions. They also are SO good with my dog. She gets real nervous at the vet as I’m sure many do, and they have the best vibe which makes her way more relaxed. I recommend them all the time! “I took my anxious and fearful pup there for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I was pretty nervous because he is reactive towards other dogs and has been fearful of strangers in the past as well. However, Dr. Bundy and her staff were extremely professional and calm and it really put my dog at ease! He usually takes awhile to warm up to strangers but he was giving them kisses and letting them pet him pretty much instantly, which was seriously impressive to me! I really loved being able to meet all the wonderful people who worked there and having that personal connection. I've never been to a vet clinic that open and caring before! They really treated us like family. Now I can never move ?**Updated review**Almost 6 years after leaving this review, I can still say that Dr. Bundy and the staff at Timberlake are the best in the business. Sadly (for us!), Dr. Bundy is retiring, but these last few years she has always treated Murphy and I with the most compassion and respect as if he was her own dog. She has helped us through some pretty scary times for my boy and I, and has always done her best to keep me 100% informed about my sweet boy’s health. I learned so much from her over the years because she always took the time to clearly explain test results, conditions, etc. The world is painfully short on true healthcare professionals, but I am so so glad and so lucky to have been able to call her my boy’s vet for so many years because she is one of the best of them. I know she will leave Timberlake in good hands, but we will miss her! The staff at Timberlake are so knowledgable and passionate that I really can’t say enough good things. I am so grateful for them and I hope to be able to take my boy there for a long time to come.”

We are moving to Hawaii and they have made sure everything was done perfectly for my pets. Even when I had to get new health certificates since mine expired before we could use them. They were quick to help me with getting new ones. Bailey is a peach and has made sure to make the process easy. The staff is so friendly I will miss them once we make it to Hawaii for sure.”

We were going to use their full services until we woke up the next morning and our dog passed in the night on his own. We decided to go with this company for his cremation services based on how helpful they were. When we called after hours and couldn't get ahold of anyone (because they were closed), we had a return call the next morning before their business even opened. Highly recommend.”
