This should not even be an option on Google maps. You will be detained at the gate, give them your driver's license and they will turn you around. They also take a snapshot of your license plate. They are very polite, but I am sure they have better things to do than divert traffic.

Mom’s birthday card picked up from 2300 Sandpiper on Monday. Now a week later, no card for mom’s 81st birthday!!!! She lives in Clarksburg WV. She’s one state and 6-7 hours away. Everyone on Sandbridge is on island time.

This post office is on a military base. The guard on duty was very polite and got me turned around. So if you are a civilian, save yourself a Google headache, and don't use this facility.
