“One of the biggest vintage toy stores I've ever seen! To be noted this place is on the second floor of the Antique mall. One of the most extensive collections of almost any toy you can think of from any decade. Only downside is they are a little pricey. I'm chronically into collecting and I will say their prices do seem steep compared to other toy stores and the market but you can't beat the selection.”
“Amazing store with thousands of discounted items. Many times finding exactly what I'm looking for, other times items are picked out or already sold. I guess this is to be expected for such a store.

“Found a lot of really good things here. Not as large as the Newport location, however they do have some eye grabbing things from time to time. One pick I got from here was a Sega Saturn. They also had a really good manga for a bit called Phoenix.
Nonetheless, a wonderful store that shifts inventory frequently, has great staff, and good deals.”

“I love that we have this adorable shop here locally. Anytime I have a baby gift to get I end up here. AND they’ll wrap it for you too which is big for me! I try not to bring my teen and preteen in there because inevitably they end up finding something they want too, which leads to a much larger bill! ? The ladies there are kind and so helpful. My mom lives out of town and orders gifts from there all the time too because of how wonderful they are. If you have kids be sure to stop it, it’s awesome that they have great consignment pieces as well!”
“I came to Kettler in search of my first set of 'forever' outdoor furniture. The store was somewhat busy and I wandered about sitting in chairs for awhile before April approached and asked how she could help.
She was very knowledgeable and helped me discern the differences in the different lines of product offered and the difference of quality some of the price points represented. Having answered all of my immediate questions she excused herself to help some other folks.
After some consideration I was ready to make a purchase and April helped me place an order (the color I wanted wasn't on hand ), verifying that I was ok with the lead time. She printed a quote for what my total would be and I left.
After a weekends debate with myself I decided I wanted to add something, so I emailed her at the address provided on the quote. She added my addition to the order without issue and gave me an updated price.
After the initial time estimate passed by a few days, I called to check the status of my order and was helped by the store manager. He was very transparent, explaining that the lead times given by the manufacturer can vary greatly at times and that my order was still a couple of weeks out and that he would call me when it was ready.
I got the call that my order was in and that they would follow up after everything was assembled. In a few days, as promised, they called to let me know it was ready for me ( I opted to pick up, delivery was offered.)
The manager assisted me with check out and we had a polite conversation during the process. He even helped me load the items into the back of my truck.
In all, I had a pleasant and issue free experience. My items were solidly assembled and showed no signs of transport damage.
I look forward to expanding my set in the future with April's help.”

“Without question, 5 below is one of my favorite stores. I got a lot of stuff to make my grandson's Easter basket. I couldn't believe all the stuff that was there. He's going to love his Easter basket, and I love this store.”
“I loved it. Despite the odds, B&N are still in business. We have spent many happy hours here over the decades, and it's still a great place to hang out with a book or periodical and read. They also have a Starbucks on premises.. The store is a bit smaller than it's heyday, but the cuts were made by reducing the toy and puzzle section. The book sections are about the same. Highly recommended.”
“Excellent place. Staff the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They had retro toys that took me back to my childhood in the late 60s & early 70s. Found unique toys and stuff. A great place for grandkids. A lot of hands on toys and things to do besides video games. Telescopes, Rockets to launch, All RC vehicles. Planes,boats , trucks and cars. Models of antique trucks. Just an Awesome place.”
