Toy Stores in Norfolk, VA

“I was only in Norfolk for a few hours but looked online to see if there were any train stores in the area. Any time I go to a new area I try to check out new train stores. Upon finding it online I saw their Facebook page and how the owner Gloria would do her train set picks for the week and so forth. Upon arriving there not only was the staff incredibly friendly but the selection of trains in all scales was incredible. I met the owner and she took the time to show me around and help me find items I might be interested in. I originally just wanted to get a Lionel car and ended up walking out with an engine that I loved. She insisted on showing me that it worked and was one of the friendliest owners of a train store that I ever met. She was funny and she definitely loves what she does. I live in New Jersey and there is no doubt in my mind that I will go there again to get another train in the very near future. Thank you for everything Gloria!”

“Vintage and next gen game store that sells anime merch. They have a very good selection of used games from the Original NES all the way to PS5. Always welcoming and they play good music to get you into the mood to look for older games. Prices are decent considering the retro videogame market is gross enough pricewise. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the parking sucks.”

“Well what to say about this place. The girl behind the register was very nice. Tried to help in any way shape or form. Even tried to help finding things they didn’t have in the store. Customer service was on point. Store is stocked full from front to back and side to side. Some items are new toys. Some items have to be second hand toys someone owned and are just trying to sell. Pricing well some place items are not cheap. Second hand items are comparable to ebay and other sites. They have Melissa and Doug toys Barbie wrestling sonic TMNT you name it. Overall for a mall store. Everything was to be expected beside customer service. Nothing against this store on this part. It would be against the mall. You need to redo signs, entrance points, I had to call this store and get parking directions to even find the right door. Store gets 4’and 1/2 stars. Mall brings it down for me especially since it’s sitting in a big part of the city.”

“I’d like to go there when I’m looking around sometimes I don’t know what I need so I go in there it reminds me they have everything from food clothing they have household items they have motor automotive everything under one roof flooring laminate curtains the list goes on and on I’m sure”

“i’d go back, Josh who was on in the AM was super friendly and not pushy for sales he did let me know about the extra trade in credit for two or more games and other standard ad i’m sure gamestop has them say but otherwise just felt natural friendly customer service which is always nice and was eager to help me with any questions or help finding anything”

“First time browsing here and bought items from this store on the same day. The owner/shop keeper (I think) was cool and chatted with him before leaving. Kinda wished I bought the 2 items I've found/wanted at the store.Ended up buying and leaving a LoZ gacha and playing card.”
