7 years I have lived here at Lakewood and just renewed today early. I love the vibe our new property manager, Roxana sends out . She is always friendly and helpful and welcoming. I enjoy going into the office. Great customer service.

As a 3 year resident of Lakewood Square apartments, and a 10 year resident of VIrginia Beach resident, this is a great place to call home. Roxanna is a personable and professional property manager. She and the maintenance team are efficiently responsive. Highly recommended place to live.
