The entire team at this complex, from Maintenance to Management, have always responded promptly to any and all requests/issues that may arise. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. I plan to stay here for many more years, as it is more than an apartment, it is HOME. I am a lifelong resident of VA Beach and have resided in many other Apartment communities. This one is hands down the best out there. I highly recommend Windsor Lake Apts!”

“When we came to the site driving in looks beautiful and clean, and I really enjoyed the place. Everyone was really nice and helpful.I really like it there it's nice peaceful and I hope we can move in and be part of the community. We just moved Virginia Beach and need to find a nice place to live where I can walk my dog. The dog park omg loved it”

“Rose Hall is a lovely community! It's quiet, conveniently located and the staff is awesome. The grounds are kept in great condition, the gym is very nice and neighbors are respectful. The screened in porch is a huge plus!”

“Nicole and her staff are superb property managers. Yes - the building is one of the oldest at the oceanfront but it is an iconic historic landmark. Everyone complaining about how bad this place is hasn't really rented at other units. Don't be afraid by the review. Great location. Great layout. Great staff.”
