“I usually hate to shop, but everything about our experience with Value City Furniture was wonderful. Our salesperson, Sondra Polach, I just can't say enough good things about her. She really listened to us, left us alone to browse, but seemed to have a sixth sense for checking in just when we needed her to, and was so knowledgeable and helpful.
The delivery team was great. They protected everything so carefully, especially when it started raining mid- delivery. Our house is full of moving boxes and they were so helpful about placing the furniture as close as possible to where it will go.”

“Chad, the salesman, was very helpful in finding me the exact sleeper sofa I wanted at the right price. He was also informed as to what was in stock where, and how soon it would take. He went over all of their policies with me. However, I do not agree with the pressure to post reviews before leaving the store and actually receiving the furniture.
The furniture came in perfect condition at the appointed time. I love the quality. The delivery drivers were courteous. I paid the $99 delivery fee to have them install the legs for me and bring it into the house instead of out on the porch.
The delivery service could use some improvement. I was reminded often that I must give 72 hours notice to change my appointment, no exceptions. An extra $99 fee is charged if so. 72 hours seems unreasonable. Also, I was texted to call the delivery phone number to set up an appointment, but when I tried to call that number an hour later, no one answered, with no voicemail, just several disconnections.”

“I cannot express how much I love this store! The employees are fantastic and super helpful. I have been visiting this store over the last few years and every time I walk in, I find something I love! Yes, their prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. The only thing I wish I could change would be their hours. They close pretty early and sometimes it is tough getting there during the week before 5pm.”

“Great experience! My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and is experiencing excruciating back & hip pain. I called Sleep Number the day before to check on hours and ask a few questions regarding the quality of beds, I spoke with Orlando. His customer service was exceptional, not only did he greet us by our names when we walked into the store the next day, but he is very knowledgeable about the product and the science behind the beds, but he was very patient with my husband as it took time for him to test the beds as it is a challenge to get in and out of them. I really appreciate his attentiveness and highly recommend visiting Orlando at Lynnhaven Mall!”

“So many selections of quality upholstery and other beautiful fabrics. They're quite pricey but great quality costs. There's 2 stories to peruse and helpful friendly service. The fabrics are organized by color which is helpful. There's a good amount of boxes and clutter that you may have to shop around so watch your step and don't bring children.”
