“Cassidy was such a help when it came to designing my bathroom. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was so patient and understanding when I wanted to change my original choices for the fixtures.When the manufacturer of our shower surround shorted us an installation clip, Cassidy got on the phone right away and had the missing part expedited to my home directly from Canada. Our toilet base arrived damaged and again, Cassidy was quick to get a new one shipped out ASAP. Such great customer service! I would not hesitate to use Noland and Cassidy in the future. I wholeheartedly would recommend this business to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel.”

He helped my wife and I find a considerable amount of flooring for our church’s community project. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the shopping experience a pleasure. As a result, I came back to Home Emporium numerous times & also sent others to the store. My hope is that management recognizes him with some type of monetary compensation or a promotion. “Deb was awesome and took great care of us at check out ! We had bought a flat soda and my partner opened it as I finished checking out and Deb noticed there was no fiz sound! My partner is shy and quiet and doesn't like to make a fuss so they never would've said anything but Deb asked right away if it tasted alright and when it didn't had us swap it out for a good one. Amazing care and customer service. We also found a very cute Halloween dog toy :)”

“I love this Hallmark Shop so much! They are always so friendly and helpful from the time I walk in until I leave. I’m a Crown Rewards member, so I have to go at least every month to get my free card (although I’ve never left with just that…they know what’s up, haha). There is another Hallmark store closer to me, but I drive farther to go to this one because my local shop is not nearly as friendly (and that is putting it charitably). Thanks for always brightening my day!”
