Only 2 teller's working at the time, surprisedly they are always busy, even if they are not having that many customers. Dumbest policy ever I have to pay 5 dollars to cash a check your bank issued.

Not necessarily this location, but my wife's card was cloned and someone used it. They denied refund because of "conflicting information." This is after charging two overdraft fees, despite there being money in a saving account. Great customer service move.
