I don't wanna hear you're understaffed. I always hear that what I want to hear is you know how to do your job? Regardless of being understaffed, you should be able to pick up the phone and go Please hold. it is not that hard.

In Va Beach on vacation and lost my prescription eyeglasses, contacts, and eyedrops. The CVS pharmacist was extremely helpful and prompt assisting me in transferring my eyedrops and applying discounts to both of them. Thank you CVS!! Because of you, our vacation was not ruined!!

Just visited minute clinic in Virginia Beach laskin road location and it was the best experience!! Jerry Wiggins at the concierge was so helpful, kind and attentive. The nurse Torrey Devaney was beyond wonderful. So patient with excellent bedside manner. Best CVS minute clinic I've ever been to by far!! Highly recommend!
