“This pharmacy is a gem! I was looking for medication for my toddler that needed to be compounded for a very serious infection. I called like 50 pharmacies in Virginia Beach. No one could fill the prescription and it was Friday evening. Just as I thought I had to give up, I called Beach Pharmacy. It was 1 hour til closing but they were able to accommodate me to get the medication needed. Customer service was superb. They were nice, friendly, and professional! Thank you so much to the wonderful ladies there for helping me!!!”

“Harris Teeter is so much better than Kroger. The products look better at HT. Kroger many times the net of products contain molded product. The HT store is more clean and light. BUT the best difference are the staff. First of all at Kroger the staff is not friendly ( there are exceptions) sometimes there is no staff at all f.i. at the seafood counter at Kroger.And the speed of helping at the self check out...it takes forever at Kroger.BUT there is also a negative side to Harris Teeter...their prices are ridiculous high.A simple product as celery more then $ 2 pcs, apples , oranges to high priced.”

She offered to decorate a set with color, which was done expeditiously. I was absolutely thrilled and touched that she took the time to accommodate me, which was not demanded nor expected. She saw the opportunity to brighten a customer's day and she most definitely did! Kira, is an individual that a business should be very proud and honored to have. She exemplifies how excellent customer service should look. She listened, explained, understood me and made me feel seen and valued as a customer. “I like that the store is smaller. It's easier and quicker to get in and out. The managers here have not always been polite or helpful, but I haven't seen them recently. Hopefully they have been replaced, but I can't comment because I haven't needed any help for a while.”

“BEST PHARMACY ON EARTH WITH ROCK STAR SERVICE!! The level of excellence this pharmacy delivers is unmatched. The owner is always available to answer any of your pharmacy questions. That’s something very rare in today’s World. I have been using this pharmacy now for several years. This week proved why they are the absolute best. I recently changed doctor’s and the Milligram amount of my prescription from the new doctor sent was different. The Owner of Pharmacy Innovations resolved my issue with my Doctor and had the prescription filled before the end of the day. This is amazing service as the prescription had to be compounded. Scott is compassionate and understood how much I needed this prescription to help me walk. Without getting that prescription yesterday, I would have been bed-ridden for the weekend. Scott was beyond helpful. They had to fix another person’s mistake which put more work and expense on their plate and on a super busy Friday before they closed for the weekend. Scott was more than gracious. What he cared about most was making sure I received the right prescription so I could continue walking. In such a busy World today, finding businesses like Pharmacy Innovations is rare. I would give the business MILLIONS OF STARS. And yes Scott, your are a the ROCK STAR of Compounded Pharmacy. “This store is always clean and uncluttered, no matter what time you shop there. My favorite department is the deli area where the Sushi and Poke’ are created FRESH daily. The gentleman who handles this delicate product creates the Very Best in Virginia Beach.”

“One stop shop. Grocery store had everything that I needed and more. Somewhat pricey but small price to pay for convenience. They have their own rewards program which saves 10 or 20 percent depending on deals.”

“On our way to a Christmas party when wife realized "we were supposed to bring something." Walmart NM to the rescue. Plenty of spaces in the lit parking lot. Hours clearly posted on the automatic sliding entry doors along with adequate signage inside. Even though it's a completely different layout than the WNM we typically frequent, we were able to navigate to the rear bakery and prepackaged deli sections to grab a pre-made party tray for $15. Lone gripe? Price tags often don't match the product. Doesn't sound worthy of a star deduction until you're at checkout and the item rings up for a completely different higher price. Thankfully, we've learned to triple check that the shelf tags item names match the corresponding merch (confirmed by UPC code). Approximately 20-30 other shoppers while we were there. Store was spacious enough that everyone wasn't on top of each other. Cashier lanes were predominantly self checkout. In this case, we weren't opposed since it was a single item and we were trying to make a timely Christmas party entrance.”

“I have listened to my father-in-law speak of his love of his Kroger Pharmacy for years. I recently used our local Pharmacy for the first time recently and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to pick up a prescription medication using GoodRx for less than half of what it would have cost me at CVS using the GoodRx card. The pharmacist was friendly, the line was short and I left with that great feeling of knowing I had just found another way to save a few dollars. I will be sure to check their prices in the future on any new medications I am prescribed.”

“I had the most amazing experience today at this pharmacy. I tested positive for covid a few days ago & my doctor prescribed a new anti-viral drug for which is only available in a few locations. I called and made contact with the pharmacist, who checked to make sure it was in stock. When I called back & my prescription had not been sent yet, Logan called my doctor's ofc. Then, Logan called me back at home to let me know the prescriptions had been filled and asked if I had any questions about how to use the medications. What wonderful customer service! “First time at this location. I was actually shopping for someone else to ill to do it themselves. The store is located just off the intersection of Dam Neck and General Booth. The lot was clear of debris and walk up tidy. This is an old building, but it looked ok. I found the store clean and stock of items organized. The Deli staff was helpful and friendly. Although the store is older everything was maintained and in working order. I picked up a prescription and the staff had prepared it for my arrival. The staff was nice. This Food Lion has the only pharmacy on the Southside. I utilized self checkout which is new to Food Lion. I actually try to avoid, but the lines were long at the two full service registers. Everything worked fine and now hitches with processing my card. My receipt said I saved over $5 on 8 items using my MVP Card. I would return and recommend.”

“I love this store. I actually pass Kroger to come here because I love it more. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I've had employees take me all over the store looking for a product and then when they realized they didn't have it, they told me where I could go to buy it. My favorite employees are the ones at checkout. Frank is always friendly, as well as Tahquisha. They're both a pleasure to talk to. There's another guy, but I don't remember his name. Then other random employees I see around the store always say hello or good morning and ask me how my day is going. This store has the absolute best customer service. Def my fav neighborhood store.”
