“I really like this hotel. Well appointed suites, very professional staff and great location. However I can’t stand the smell of pot and the smell is everywhere. Especially in the bedrooms of the suites overlooking the exterior smoking area to the left of the building.”

“We had an unexpected hotel change at like 5 in the morning. We booked for that day (plus a few more days) with normal check in hours. We went there at 630 a.m. just to check how soon we could get in. Normal check in is 3 PM. Sergio worked diligently and he got us set up sooner than the normal check in time. Our meeting wasn't until 2pm. So we had no where to go. Sergio and all the other staff made sure we were welcome and got us a room as soon as possible and they all went above and beyond our expectations. Every staff member was very courteous and accommodating. If I knew the name of all the staff members from housekeeping to waiting staff and other service desk folks that saved our trip after our less than great start with a different hotel in the area I would mention them by name. Great job! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back every time we're in the area.”
