“Great location with lots of restaurants around. I had gotten a flat tire shortly before arriving to the hotel. The gentleman named Joseph, I believe the maintenance/tech lead, went out of his way to make sure I had the proper tools and help to get it changed. He assisted me despite it being Below freezing outside and kept me great company. I really appreciated him taking the time out of his day. Great guy anyone should want on their staff. Desk people were all kind as well with any requests I hadWalkability: Plenty of food and stores around”

“I had low expectations because it was our first time staying at Hilton Garden Inn arranged by our soccer club in Falls Church. As there were weekend games, having a comfortable bed and hot water for showering was sufficient for me.I did online check-in via the Hilton app and selected our room. When we arrived at the hotel, we smoothly went straight to our room. The front desk staff deserve the most applause at the hotel. They cheerfully resolved every small issue and were helpful. Thank you to them. The breakfast at the hotel was quite good, and the kids enjoyed it. Our room had 2 queen beds, and the beds were quite comfortable. The heating and air conditioning worked flawlessly, with no smell or noise. Usually, window unit air conditioners can be very annoying, but we didn't have any problems in the room we stayed in. The lobby was spacious enough, and the hotel was very clean. I used the fitness center one day, and there were enough machines to get my one-hour workout done. The kids used the pool and jacuzzi with their friends, and it was clean and fun for them. The hotel is in a very central location, and parking is very convenient. I definitely recommend it; we were very satisfied. Winning two days in a row and going back home helps alleviate some of the tiredness. Thanks again to the hotel staff.”

“Dope Little Staycation! My fiancé & I chose this location for a staycation to get away for a cold snowy weekend. As soon as we walked through the elegant doors we were greeted by the best Westin employee in the Nation! “Kyrie” made my lady & I feel like home from the moment we stepped up to the check-in counter up until the time we left. He was an immaculate professional, and immediately acknowledged that I was a military veteran and called me Sir with every response. He was extremely personable and I felt like I had known him for years, and he was knowledgeable about local attractions, and restaurants in the area, and he had a vibrant energy about him that was contagious. Because of him and his service he turned an average staycation weekend until a memorable occasion. My fiancé and I would come to this location again for its central location being close to everything, and its amazing customer service led by KYRIE! Highly recommend this location and franchise, God Bless!Noteworthy details: Kyrie, Kyrie, Kyrie!”

“Room was clean and service was good. Breakfast (free) was good.I lucked out in that my room was far enough away from the restaurant to not hear it. Some huge party was using the venue space, which is quite large, with live music. Had I had a room closer to it, the noise would have been insufferable. But, I did like my first floor room, which had both exterior and interior exit doors. Convenient.Good location, too. Has shuttle to East Falls Church Metro.”
