“I bought my gaming monitor at this location and received excellent service. The staff were always eager to help and technically knowledgeable. There was a wide variety of monitors to test, view, interact with, and touch, something I rarely found in other Best Buy locations, which typically had only 3 or 4 monitors on display. Here, there were at least 20 or more. I highly recommend a visit!”
“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“I had a laptop that was used mostly for school. I stopped using it after graduating with my undergraduate degree. Problems include cleaning (keyboard and mouse), processing performance, sound card issue, and charger cable (not functioning properly).At first I was skeptical. After receiving their service, I can say it is acceptable. My mouse cursor on my laptop is now functional. Keyboard can click better albeit some keyboard function issues. My aux/jack port was a problem and not my sound card from what they diagnosed. Cord charger was not repairable.My hard drive was replaced and updated to Windows 10. My data content including photos and documents were transferred. They even gave me my old hard drive when I asked for it.Communication was mildly difficult because of a language barrier, but they were able to speak, communicate, and reciprocate in English well. I’m not a tech guy, but I did want a list of diagnoses for my computer. I got it at the end of my receipt as I stated earlier.The speedy repair was within 3-4 days (including the weekends).”

It's very easy to complete the verification process and it's almost instantaneous. Always loved shopping here, as the atmosphere very festive.Apart from the quirky security guard who kept giving me the weirdest stares and watching me from different angles, everything seemed alright here.I am ok with him being gay, but they should not checkout customers like that who are not.”

After a few late nights sweating over the upsides and downsides of wall ovens I would have preferred to do ANYTHING with my Saturday except visit ANOTHER appliance store! We sat down for an appointment with Michael Cronauer who is a VIRTUOSO at kitchens! Voila! Everything is bundled and backed by a corporation that we know. This experience was easy, thorough and understandable. We got the kitchen and audio-video-home theater, and laundry room settled in one visit! I am super happy with this experience, and highly recommend!”
