“Caleb and Emily were immensely helpful today. I was having trouble with my car/phone connection to the internet. My Wi-Fi worked fine but internet would not connect. Caleb listened to my concerns, went with me to my car and in less than 5 minutes had resolved the problem. I had had three other knowledgeable people work on this to include staff from a GMC dealership to no avail. I was thrilled to have this fixed.Also, I mentioned that I probably should go ahead with a data upgrade if that would help with extra billing incurred from extra cell usage when travelling. Caleb and Emily both worked together to find an appropriate package for me.They were both very friendly, accommodating and asked great questions to assure the package was right for me.Thank you very much, Caleb and Emily!”

“After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! I will be back to grab a phone and an iPad from him soon.”

“I built me a computer few years ago for the first time and just recently I decided to upgrade some parts of course in my area the only store that carries stuff like that is Best Buy but what I needed they hardly have anything in stock. Yea I could have order stuff from the website but I didn't want too so I came across micro center on social media or whatever and found this location. The bad thing is that it was total of 6hrs+ because it's about 3hrs from my house one way so I really hope they build another store close to me. So I'm giving this store 5 stars since that's the max I would give more if I could because they have everything you need to build a pc and the staff was very helpful and friendly unlike Best Buy. If I need any other parts or whatever I know where to go”

“Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!”

“Ash was amazing. Ash solved a problem and got my service activated in ~10 min which 6+ hours on the phone with Verizon's 800 number couldn't do. Ash even explained to the manager how to solve one of the issues we encountered. I wish I would have gone to Ash first instead of trying to port my number and get VZ service via the VZ website; I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration.”

“My living room tv died right before Thanksgiving. I had seen the Samsung Frame and my son-in-law recommended The Big Screen Store. I went by and was very pleased with the reception I received and the demonstration. I settled on the 65" Frame. They installed it the day before Thanksgiving and I have been enjoying it ever since. “This store is fantastic, and it's because of the people. I went in with my father in law, and we had a complex issue related to elderly relatives who were T Mobile customers. No one on the phone could help us, so we went to the store. Synthya spent almost an hour with us and solved all of our problems. She patiently listened to the issue and suggested solutions. She worked with us until they were implemented to our satisfaction, and made sure we didn't have any other questions. While she was helping us, other staff members approached her several times for assistance, and all the while, she solved their problems too. She's a dynamo and can help you too. I hope she gets a raise and promoted.”

They were finally able to get my account fixed up and were able to walk me through all my options and really inform me.
