Wasn't even sure what I needed exactly but with the pieces I took with me they were able to put together exactly what I needed and told me how to install it and it worked perfectly. Without their helpful staff I would have ended up needing a plumber to get my hot water going.”
“Hands down the best customer service you could ask for ... after living and traveling around the world, it's hard to impress my husband but this store, specifically Paul, has certainly done just that! An extremely knowledgeable staff that greet you with a smile and welcome questions about projects and both new/old hobbies. We can't wait to go back and see what new tools and tricks they have next.”

“Even though this location is in a very weird place behind the plaza, it's well worth the trip. You can get tools, accessories, and equipment at various price points, for novices and professionals. HINT: if you do any type of art, crafts, sewing, etc, come here FIRST. The storage container/organization area is phenomenal and it's nowhere near the price of typical sources.”
“Jd went above and boyond with cutting me a key that none of the other big named hardware stores and their big fancy machines could. Thanks so much for all your effort.”
“A great place to shop. Has much of the same items as the other big name shops and a few specialty things that you can't find other places. I was looking at all the local Home Improvement stores for manure for my garden, and this was the only location that had it. I was reasonably priced at $4. Definitely recommend.”
“Walked in for a return and new purchase. The place had a vibe of odd customers and many employees behaving like it’s their first day on the job. It all changed when an angel from power tools offered to help. Home Depot employee KATHY was helpful and knowledgeable. I left happy with my reciprocating saw and she guided me to future purchases for future home improvements.”
“On this visit we were looking for a washing machine since ours had died. Plenty of selection. We bought it on Sunday and it was delivered to our home the next morning.
The salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable. The two delivery guys were strong, pleasant, and efficient.
Our house has a scary staircase to the basement, but it was not a problem. They also took the old dead machine with them.”
“I just went to Lowe's on Rutger's near Crossroads Mall and let me tell ya Jeremy in the wood/lumber department is the best he helped me beyond any other person I've came in contact with at that store that man needs a raise he knew where everything was and cut the items perfectly and quickly. A huge thanks goes to you Jeremy.”
“Nice little place. They seem to have a lot of stuff in that little facility. Almost everyone in there has been helpful in finding what I needed. Just 1 guy seemed put out that I dare ask him for some help. I have avoided him the past two times I have been in.I went there today for some electrical items. They had what I needed and didn't need any help finding it. I am really liking the small store experience. Don't get me wrong, the big boxes have their place and time when they are necessary, but the local place does well for a lot of items I need.”
