I laughed and laughed at my trip to Northwest Ace Hardware .......it was a experience...but the 2 younger guys helped me and I had to Smile they kept their cool...”
“Looking for odd plumbing parts for hot water radiator and boiler system.2 local plumbing Warehouses didn't carry parts. One was out of stock and didn't receive any more as promised when ordered.Went to NW Hardware on Williamson Road, and found what I needed on shelf & had pipes cut to fit. Great customer service and courteous employees. Good Job!!This is the store my Grandfathers & Father shopped. Well managed to this day..”

An extremely knowledgeable staff that greet you with a smile and welcome questions about projects and both new/old hobbies. We can't wait to go back and see what new tools and tricks they have next.”
“Today was get a free gift no purchase necessary as a member day. I got a set of all in one screw drivers. Parking is ample. It's in a shared lot with a church so watch the way the traffic flows. The store itself is very well organized and easy to find things. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing I have an issue with is when they solicit people to sign up for the membership and then take the information while there's a long line. They do this with everyone who isn't a member so you're listening to the same thing over and over and that adds on several minutes to the line. I try to go when I know it's not a busy time to avoid that. They have a no fuss return and exchange policy with several brands. I've had some tools break and they replace them no matter how long ago you purchased it. They keep detailed purchase logs and I don't have to keep old receipts. I've had many times I've bought something I rarely used and it break when I finally get around to it.”
“I don't usually shop at home Depot but I couldn't find what I needed in my usual store. As I was looking for the special bulb,an employee went to the area and found the item and explained why this was the appropriate item. I only spent five minutes in the store.”

“I called regarding a different model dishwasher to verify that this item was in stock as it appeared online. I had the good fortune to speak with Ben at the pro desk of store #664. He said he would check and give me a call back. He promptly called back and let me know they didn't have the item I was looking for, but they had a open box item that was a higher end model and it essentially had the features of the model I was looking forand was deeply discounted. I can not experss how pleased I am with Ben's initiative and willingness to go above and beyond! Ben is an exemplary employee and he is a true asset to his store!”
“Every Time I enter this store, the employees are so polite, nice and helpful. On my way back to the flooring department this afternoon , two employees said good morning. The third employee asked me if I needed assistance. I almost keeled over in shock. In today's sometimes snarky climate, this kind of customer service is rare. Kudos to this store. A special kudos to John and Steve in the flooring department. How patient and helpful they were.”
