It happened to us! We lived in our home for 2 years and all of a sudden our place was being sold and we had to move! We were very stressed, as we dreaded the thought of packing and depending on friends to help us move. We contacted a local moving company two weeks in advance and scheduled our move. The hard part is over! So we thought! The moving company texted us at 3 a.m. the night before our move to cancel. I was mortified! We found a same day moving company at 8 a.m. online and scheduled a move that would take place at 2p.m. We received a phone call at 1:30 p.m. notifying us that the movers would be 2 hours late. The movers arrived 2.5 hours late and started 30 minutes after arrival. The movers were texting and having personal conversations, including profane language in front of our children upon completion, the movers charged us $150 over the quoted rate. After such a horrible experience, we decided to form Sudden Change Moving. Our mission is to provide each and every client with a memorable experience, providing outstanding customer service and the highest level of professionalism. Whether it's a short or long distance move, each client will be left with an impression. Sudden Change Moving is a small family owned company that provides many services to include a 10% discount.
