Almost every container had mice droppings and often dead mice in the container. While I understand there is a rodent program... It doesn't seem to work. We removed our belongings due to this issue”

“I have been a client for approx 6 months now, today during my visit to rent a second storage unit at the Suffolk location the computer system shut down abruptly. Stephanie the customer service rep handled the situation with grace and professionalism, she took down my info promising a call back when systems are running again, Stephanie also clearly and politely communicated to the other customer with two small children the situation and the remedy, she also took her information down and promised a call back. I was promptly called the same day and as promised my transaction was completed in a timely manner. Stephanie handled a difficult situation out of her control very well. 5 stars”

“The storage is typical of most storage places, and the 24 hours access is very convenient. My unit was clean and ready. The one thing that makes this place stand out above all others is the manager. Ms. Laura is so helpful and friendly, and she really makes you feel important. I decided to get a unit here due to the other reviews about her making it a positive experience, and they were all correct! She is a gem, and I'm so glad my property has a temporary home here. I will definitely recommend this storage facility in the future!”

“This MyStorage location off Nansemond Parkway near I-664 is in a great location, and the service I received was excellent. It is not climate-controlled, but if you don't need that the units are clean, the roll-up doors are new, the grounds are immaculate, and the location is gated and camera protected. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. You can tell is it run by people who care about doing things the right way. Highly recommended. The day I rented here, I had already looked at another one off Airline that was poorly maintained, dirty, and cost more too. Go here instead - you won't be disappointed.”
