“Always fast customer service when I go inside. I have had issues using the ATM machine at this location a couple times so I go inside now. The machine can't count when making a cash deposit. It did give me my correct cash back so I went inside. I informed the teller and it happened again the following week. So I go inside now.As I said though; fast service and there's never a line.”
“This branch goes above and beyond for their customers. Erika the teller is extremely friendly and does her job above and behind for the sake of her customers. The manager Tammy is very knowledgeable and is constantly busy not only with her branch but running approvals and other branches that need help. I have seen her working other branches such as grassfield location which I visit frequently as well to help out with staff shortage. These two ladies deserve lots of praise and even a job title change or raise. If I would work in the banking field I would choose to work with that group of ladies. Tammy and Erika thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the customers of Woodforest and the college drive location.”

“The employees at the Harborview Chartway, Suffolk, VA (Ms. Norton, Ms. Dalton and Ms. Cassio) were absolutely wonderful. My computer was compromised and I was extremely concerned about my Chartway accounts. They treated me like these were their own computers and accounts.They offered me suggestions and actions to protect my accounts and ease my worries and then performed the best options.I thank them and Chartway from the bottom of my heart for their help.
