I am recently married and haven't gotten all of my IDs updates so different things have different names and the teller we had was AMAZING! There was quite a line and she offered to take us off to the side to handle our business. We were in and out within 10 minutes. I wish we had this branch back home!”

“Always fast customer service when I go inside. I have had issues using the ATM machine at this location a couple times so I go inside now. The machine can't count when making a cash deposit. It did give me my correct cash back so I went inside. I informed the teller and it happened again the following week. So I go inside now.As I said though; fast service and there's never a line.”

“This is the best Woodforest Bank in Suffolk. Do NOT bank with the downtown location, this College Drive location treats you with respect and good customer service. The ones running the downtown location are inexperienced and have the nerve to be rude on top of that inexperience and didn't open me an account, then I came to this location on College Drive and Tammy along with her coworker not only treated me well but were able to open my account with the same exact documents with no problems. Although the downtown branch (Main St) is closer to me I will be bypassing them and handling all my banking needs at this college drive location. Ask for Tammy Joyner.”
