“The glass was broken in my custom (older) sliding glass door. I was told they weren't able to come to my house for 6 weeks due to their schedule, but they said I could drop off the door and they would repair it in 7-10 days. A week later, they had the work completed. When I picked the door up, they charged me less than I was quoted, and told me the cost of the glass was lower than expected, so they passed on the savings to me. They also gave me a military discount.
