He explained in detail exactly what he would do to deal with persistent windshield water leaks which had been “repaired” by a dealership. Vince educated me on the proper way a windshield could be replaced and recommended a news video supporting everything he said. During the process Vince uncovered the root cause of the leaks and arranged for permanent repairs to the sheet metal.
