“My experience with this company was fantastic. The people who work there are incredibly friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth, make everything straightforward, and answer all of your questions in detail. Whenever I called, I usually spoke with Jaime, and at times, Dave. They were both very patient and thorough in responding to my many questions, and were extremely kind. I had to ship my queen-sized bed and box spring, and my work table, which was separated into pieces. They were flexible in allowing me to pre-pack the items (by letting me put some preliminary extra bubble wrap on the table, for my own peace of mind, before they actually packed the furniture). Other places wouldn't let me put anything on the items, which made me nervous about scratches. The men who picked up the furniture were very professional and careful, and everything arrived quickly without any issues. The icing on the cake was that the final price ended up being much less than the original estimate; I appreciated that they were actually genuinely happy that I ended up saving money, instead of trying to find ways to work in other fees or costs. I'd gladly work with them again, because beyond delivering my furniture without any problems, their customer service is top-notch.”

“I was able to get a van for rental at the last minute on a holiday weekend after another company could not provide the right size. When I got there, William was nice enough to move his car for me so I wasn't in a busy area, which was incredibly professional of him to do. I also was impressed he was willing and able to help, as he was dealing with an abusive customer as I walked in. I would use this location in the future.”

“In and out in less than 5 minutes. Seems like first-come-first-serve even if you make a reservation so I recommend showing up when they open. Entrance 1 (when you first come into the parking lot) was the one you needed to you, entrance 2 in front won't be unlocked, and entrance 3 is on the opposite side of the building.Came in at 8:57 on a Saturday, left my wallet at home so by the time I got back it was 9:30 and there were still plenty of 16' trucks left. Trucks have an included ramp, just big enough for a hand-truck. Truck showed some use but it wasn't nearly as bad as described in other reviews.The 27' with lift gate is for business rentals only, and they only seemed to have one van and very few small trucks. The van was the same price as the 16' so why not go with what they have the most of?”

“The uhaul van I reserved online for a few hours was available, clean, and performed well with great relatively modern features. The friendly owner quickly processed checkout and check-in. Sure the parking lot in the back isn't in great shape and it's also a property used to store others' vehicles but I had no problem driving through it. I parked my personal vehicle in the front of the building per the owner's instruction.I can't relate my one experience here to any of the bad reviews. Also, I'd think taking photos of any rentals, including mileage, is common sense?”

“I love my brand-new Bosch refrigerator. I don't want to break policy but the woman in the appliance department wants you to make a purchase that fits your budget and a product you can rely on. She goes beyond the call of duty. The delivery people were great made sure that it would fit properly and explained everything I needed to do.”
