“I was referred to R&C after a box store tire shop busted a lug nut while trying to replace a tire (the nut broke and half of it was still threaded to the stud).
I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to work on my car immediately and their determination to get the repair done with some level of problem solving (applying heat rather than shear brute force which could've caused additional damage to the wheel).
Milly was super pleasant and kept me aware of what was happening and the timing of things (she was able to get a replacement lug nut ordered for my older car and delivered/installed within a few hours).
My overall impression having observed the comings and goings for a few hours was competence and a reasonable price for my project.”

“Peter saved me last week. My car broke down as I was leaving work, and so I called the closest auto shop to me, which was Sterling Automotive Service Center. Peter literally came to the place where my car was, put in a temporary battery so that I could drive to the shop, then fixed my car (I needed a new alternator) overnight. I just got back from an 800-mile round trip journey. No issues, and my car runs well with the new alternator. Peter was fast and didn't overcharge me, plus he saved me money on towing fees by coming to help me. I am very grateful.”
