“Today I came into the store to return some items to Amazon but they sent me labels to print out which I did, but only to be informed by Ari that I would have to put the labels on myself in seperate boxes. He sensed that I was frustrated with the process (because it was my first time) and not his fault at all, but proceeded to help me by changing the return process on Amazon for every single item to be able to do the return in the store with no hassle. He was VERY patient and compassionate and lifted a huge load off of my shoulders. He meticulously checked CCTV footage, sent out a driver to retrieve it, and kept me updated every step of the way. BTW the DHL online customer service is awful, they lied and claimed that my package had exploded, wet, punctured, leaked beyond save and is a total loss. Luckily the field agent’s outstanding service and genuine care really stood out. Thank you Aman!”

“Craters and Freighters shipped a large painting from DC to New England for me. The service was excellent! They explained the process fully, gave me a clear estimate of cost, called to keep me up to date on when the painting would arrive, packed it in a manner that it was fully protected. Did superb coordination with a local company that picked up the painting from the Craters and Freighters hub nearest to me. The local company, Action Moving and Storage, also was excellent and delivered the painting, removed all the packing materials and brought it into my house, flawlessly. Highest recommendation!!!”
