“I had to get an important delivery next day (Saturday) to a business expecting my package. Options were clearly presented. But then I got a notice of rescheduled delivery (so now delayed/late) with no reason. Long story short, Steven researched and called me in couple days to say was fault of UPS and check refund is in process. The staff there is always absolutely wonderful and very helpful.”

“I eBay occasionally as well as return stuff to Amazon and this is the closest UPS store. The are always fast, courteous. During Covid it's great to just drop the item with a bar code from Amazon and have them do all the packaging - free service for returns. Would and continue to use them without hesitation. I don't like parking in this mall but maybe when Starbuck's moves across the street it'll be better.”
