“We were referred to Moogie by neighbors who were very happy with the remodeled bath she did recently. She consulted with us and asked all the right questions and is very pragmatic. Before we even started the design and permit process she wanted to check on the ventilation requirements for the powder room we wished to install. Unfortunately we could not meet DC building regulations in the space we wanted to use without this becoming a substantially bigger and more expensive project which would involve redoing our master bath as well.
