“Our kitchen was totally updated and a wall taken down to create the open concept living space. An 11' kitchen was,added. Lighting was also changed in the foyer and family room and the vanity in the bathroom changed out. LPV flooring was installed. Total Construction Company was very professional and listened to our needs. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The total remodel was about 30 days. Most of the other places that we worked with for our initial quote slapped together everything we asked for without consideration of the ergonomics and overall look. The quote was competitive with the other quotes that we received.Demo and Build: Richard and his team were incredibly detail oriented, and proactively communicative for any potential issues or concerns that could alter how they approached the project (my house was built in a very strange way). “We were referred to Moogie by neighbors who were very happy with the remodeled bath she did recently. She consulted with us and asked all the right questions and is very pragmatic. Before we even started the design and permit process she wanted to check on the ventilation requirements for the powder room we wished to install. Unfortunately we could not meet DC building regulations in the space we wanted to use without this becoming a substantially bigger and more expensive project which would involve redoing our master bath as well. We are disappointed but grateful to Moogie for doing that research at the outset, saving us a lot of time and money. We would certainly go to Moogie again if we had a different project.”

“After seeing the website and reading the reviews, my wife and I went to the Sycolin Rd store to see the products and get an estimate for a new countertop. We were impressed with the people and the selection of countertop materials available as well as their knowledge and pleasant personalities. The price seemed very fair for the quartz top which we selected. We couldn't believe how soon and quick the on-site measurements were made and the obvious skill of the owner and his patience in answering our questions and concern. A week later a three man crew arrived and in about four 4 hours, took out the old top and put in the new including a new sink that was included in the installation process and at no charge. The installers were as professional as had been our previous interactions with the people at L Granite. Our kitchen was spotless when they finished and the new countertop is perfect in every way. This is the place to go if you want an over the top experience with your countertop purchase.”

“Ivan and his crew did an amazing job in our kitchen and completed the job quickly. We hired DMV kitchen and bath to open our kitchen by removing a wall and installing a bar height countertop and cabinets. Despite the job being smaller than a full remodel, Ivan quoted me a fair price and worked with my wife and I to select materials from their showroom. I only had a few minor concerns with the job (the vent hood was too low and an outlet wire needed to be concealed), and Ivan responded quickly and his crew resolved the issues just as fast. The DMV crew were always on time and kept the house super clean. Any additional charges from the job were discussed with me beforehand in writing.
