“Customer service excellence. Was at the store to exchange a tool that quit working properly. Tim the store manager helped look for a replacement since there was not any on the shelves. Went to the back of the store and searched everywhere to no success. I mentioned that I'll take the same tool in smaller size. Issue resolved. I mentioned to hi, how pleasant the workers are at this store compared to the store in Falls Church. Tim - I really appreciate how you helped me. Glad that this store may have replaced the old Mgr (he wore glasses, on the heavy side)”

“Great company. I’ve used them for years but never thought to leave a review before. In addition to selling specialized hardware for professional cabinet makers, they also have the hard to get replacement parts such as hinges that match the hardware in older homes. AND it’s quality stuff. Three years ago a friend and I replaced the the hinges on several frequently used cabinets in our kitchens. I got ours from Cabinet Makers and they from Amazon. Mine are still going strong, two of his hinges (on different cabinets) aren’t opening smoothly. I’ll continue buying here. BTW, it’s a family business and the owners Patrick and Terry are great to deal with.”
