The car wouldn't even go in reverse because the transmission was damaged due to previous mechanics incorrect shifter adjustments, and all the dashboard lights were constantly on. During my last transaction, I had missed a couple of calls that my car was ready and caught the last one about 25 minutes before they closed. Unfortunately I was about 40 minutes away. “My experience with AJ was great. I inquired about the car online and he called me a few minutes afterwards as I was on my way home. I was able to stop by and see the car in person. As I pulled up he had the car waiting for me and we went on a test drive. I made an appointment for that weekend and signed the dotted line! While I was there I had my 4 yr old son and he allowed him to sit in a variety of cars on the showroom floor which I thought was awesome. It really helped build a dream for a young boy. That part made the experience for me. If I were to give any constructive feedback it would be to have the car filled with gas before I picked it up. It's just a courtesy that some dealerships do I suppose. The second thing is my car notifies me every time I turn it on that it hasn't been serviced in 350+ days. I know it goes through an inspection process before you sell it, this may have been overlooked. Lastly, on a good note. When dropping off wheel locks, he took me through their facilities explaining the company’s capabilities, and then showing me the car itself, pointing out various aspects of the work in progress. He later did the same for my son, a car enthusiast, who was thrilled. Last week, Elijah sat down with me and walked me through a detailed, comprehensive computerized estimate for the fender work, kept me current on progress multiple times as the work progressed, and in the end even reduced the bill, pointing out work that they found didn’t need to be done.
