If you have to do a delivery here at Joann's, Falls Church, VA, when you are on RT 7 before the Wendy's turn right, and then turn left after passing the Wendy's, you should be in the parking lot facing a Red Robins. Joann's is on the right in that little strip mall next to UPS and Michael's, depending on your delivery time, line your trailer up to the front entrance of the store, see the receiver and they will start unloading the merchandise. 638 pieces, I was done in 2.5 hours. They offload your trailer by hand.”

“It doesn’t seem they’re understaffed because many employees were just standing around taking to each other. They are out of stock of many things and the fabric is sloppily put on the shelves and not in the right places. When the employee was cutting my fabric, she wasn’t straightening it out before she cut, so it’s not an even cut. That laziness can mess up the length of fabric and could mess up someone’s sewing project. The young man at the cash register was nice though.It’s slightly better than the Woodbridge location, but still a messy store and it’s not even that big, so it shouldn’t be hard to keep tidy.”
