I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.

When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.

“theres certain things that they are and aren’t allowed to do, but i’ve noticed that when a customer comes in and is rude, they will either send that customer to another autozone, or they will respond to the customer in the same tone that they were spoken to in, and the customer ends up offended. once the customer is offended from the energy they were putting out being reciprocated back to them, they leave childish reviews that have loads of words misspelled and claim that the employees were ready to fight just because the employee was following company policy and the customer didn’t like the employee’s tone AND didn’t get their way! either way though, every single employee there is consistent with the attempt to properly assist every customer with their needs, and even go out of their way to do stuff that autozone does NOT require its autozoners to do at ALL just to keep the peace and keep the customers who enter the establishment coming back!

please be more considerate to the employees there as they are doing the best they can, and while they understand not every customer will be happy, they will always do what they can for them”

“V was amazing! Not only did he offer to change my bulb for me he actually noticed the bulb wasn't burnt out and fixed it for me. I would go out of my way just to come to this store. Oh did I mention he immediately greater ne when I walked threw the door and asked if I needed any help. Then offered to look up which bulb I needed and when we couldn't find the bulb he called another store to see if they had it but he ended up finding one while he was on the phone. Wow just a good way to get off of work and end my day.”

“I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. So thank you American Automotive for saving me the worry of “where am I going to take my car for repairs?” Because I will always choose them!! :)”

“My husband and I went to Advanced Auto to get freon for our truck. We had just dropped off our other car for issues and on the way home, I discovered the AC was blowing hot. They were very helpful getting us freon.
The terrible thing happened when Darius was putting freon in the truck and my husband got dizzy and stumbled and fell onto the sidewalk. Two other employees, Elizabeth and Carter came to help. They called 911 and got cold water and something under his head. It was so hot and he was in the truck with no air for about 1 1/2 hours. He did come to and sit up and did not need 911. They took him inside to sit in a chair while they finished filling the truck. We live so close on 610 and they helped him to the truck. God Bless the employees there, so caring and concerned. They are good people! Forever gratefull!”

“Took my car for an Inspection and emissions in late morning. when I dropped off the car, I said I didn’t need it until the next day, but it was done within a few hours and I got a call and a text to let me know. In addition, the text had a link so I can pay online and also get an invoice for a quick pick up.
They wiped down the car before they put plastic on the steering wheel and seats to protect everyone from Covid. My only complaint was it took a while for them to get the car, because it turned out the attendant didn’t drive a manual shift. ???
I waited quite a bit until he came back to find somebody else to drive it. I took the keys from him when he told me and got my own car, afraid that someone else might be out of practice and tear up my clutch. I guess this is a sign of the times, people just don’t learn to drive on a manual gearbox. To me is just a basic driving skill that everyone should learn.”

“The only reason I'm not giving lower than 4-Stars is because of how amazing of a job they did. Be warned, your repairs will probably take 2 months to complete, no matter what their estimate is. Other than that, phenomenal work.”

“Found a great price for tires online so I bought them and showed up for my appointment I booked through the app. They were short employees and only had two there but they still got me out in about an hour and a half. Friendly staff, I’m done overpaying for tires elsewhere.”
