Other shops had thrown me a quote over the phone while Gautier's wanted me to come in so that they could see the hood and my car and ensure a match was possible (it's not easy with a tri-coat red). They took the time to understand what I wanted and *made sure* it was a perfect match to my current paint. “Can we say AWESOME! I live about 2 blocks from a different NAPA, but the they did not have the parts I needed in stock, but the web showed this store did. I paid a visit here on 5/13/2023 and could not be happier with the service I received. The lady that assisted me was very polite and professional. Told her what I needed, she looked it up, went in the back and got what I needed, I paid for it and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. She even offered to assist with carrying the parts to my truck, as they were heavy, but I managed this part on my own. Could not ask for better service.
