Management went the extra mile to help me make a return. Huge relief because I had been to the Tysons Finish Line/JD and they couldn’t help me. I’ll be coming to Springfield mall from now on. Thanks guys.

The store manger at this location is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. In opinion she should be rewarded constantly for her straight forwardness and excellent work she does at this store. 5 Star +!!!!!
