In town for work and attended for this gym for the week. Clean, professional, and consistent with the F45 I am a member of back home. Always a good workout for overall fitness.

This is an excellent workout. Just opened last month and is a great facility. You get a great workout in under an hour and they make you work! Doing wonders for my flexibility and health.
