They need more staff. They only have tellers no management or anyone helping to open an account. Capital one needs to hire more staff. And also they said I can't open an account everything is done online. Why is there a physical bank if we can't do anything.

The tellers here are so friendly and knowledgeable! They make coming to the bank & waiting in line fun!
