“Lesson learned... don't go to Jiffy Lube!!!??♀️... last Saturday, the ac in my truck crapped out... I had noticed it wasn't cooling Iike it used to, so I figured it just needed the ac system recharged... one week later, it stopped cooling completely... turns out they most likely overcharged my system... not only did the o-rings/gaskets give out, but so did the ac compressor... big thank you to Tire Tread Service for taking care of me instead of making me come back... a/c guy, Jose, kindly offered to stay and get it done if Chris could get him the ac compressor... they went above and beyond and took care of me, eventhough it was way past closing time on a Saturday... my Dad would be very happy that they "took care of his little girl."☺️”
“Reasonable prices and friendly staff. They are willing to work with you on prices if you talk to them nicely. As with any tire shop always pay attention and check your purchase before you pay. Paid $100 for two tires with decent tread, would pass inspection for sure. Will be using their services again.”

They are always friendly, they always manage to work you in, they always do the work right the first time, they always charge a fair price and they genuinely appreciate your business. If you need to drop your car off, they will even give you a ride to work.”
“One of the few places who will put on exhaust parts ordered online. However, they needed to use their own gaskets. They forgot to plug the O2 sensor which was odd. Luckily, I just needed to plug it back in. ?”
“I went in yesterday to get the back tires replaced. They replaced them fairly quickly. By the next morning one of the tires was flat. I took my vehicle back they fixed it immediately at no extra cost. Very apologetic. Would definitely recommend them. Very nice and respectful as well”
“I purchased a set of tires online from Goodyear, including installation and alignment with an appointment confirmed for the work at this store. When I arrived at the time of my appointment, the store had no record of my appointment due to communication issue between Goodyear and the local store. I understand these things happen, and it was handled well. Beverly told me they had the tires in stock and would get the job done that day, it would just take time to verify order/purchase with Goodyear. This was all taken care of, and tires were installed without issue the same day. As a bonus, I was told that the alignment i had already paid for was not needed at the time. I appreciate this level of honesty and integrity as it is not common. Thanks for a positive experience.”

“Stayed at a hotel for a conference right off 95. Picked up a nail in my tire that was near the end of its life anyway. A quick Google pulled up tons of chains nearby, but Simmons was top rated and a half mile away. I called during a break and they confirmed they had a replacement in my size. I asked if I could drop it off at lunch and pick up later. . .he said if I gave him 10 minutes he'd send me back with it. My buddy gave me a ride from our hotel, bc the line for the lunch buffet at our conference was long! He didn't want to stay long, and I did t want to be the guy keeping my boy from missing lunch just to help me. We pull up and they're helping another customer. Long story short, they take care of that customer, ring them up, replace my tire and I'm paying for it within 8 minutes.
They deserve every 5 star they get, polite, helpful, quick and honest.”

“This shop is family owned and by far the best all in Thornburg, Fredericksburg, Stafford, Richmond, and the surrounding areas. I know this from living in the area since they have opened the shop. I've dealt with them over 35 years now, only needing tires until recently. They have the best mechanics that are 100% dedicated to diagnosing and fixing your vehicle. His prices can't be beaten. Recently, I was on vacation up that way and had car problems. Took my car to Stafford to Pohanka. I was told they had to put it on the diagnostic machine. Their results came back as a blown head gasket. Pohanka charged me $460.00 to put new spark plugs in and a misdiagnosed head gasket job. No way, I knew it was a radiator when I went there. It was leaking near the radiator only. Well, it leaked worse when I left there. I took it to Eugene's shop. Guess what? I was right, of course!! After it was checked over by Eugene, he told me all it needed was a new radiator. Since I was 5 hours from home, I left my car with them to do the repairs. Got a ride home. I ordered all the parts needed and had them shipped to Eugene's shop. I got the call from them when it was completed. Once again, I was surprised by the final cost of the repairs. Way lower than I ever would've guessed. Believe me when I say stay away from dealerships, stay away!! If you ever go to the dealership, always get a second opinion. This shop, the owner, and the mechanics are the absolute best. They ROCK!!! Thank you, Eugene, for such an awesome job on my car. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME AND KNOW YOUR STUFF 100 %. I, for one, really appreciate you guys for the honesty and knowledge you have. THANK YOU ALL.”
