“After rotating and balancing with RNR, my ride is as smooth as glass. I have a lifted truck with 33” tires so it’s very easy to tell when the wheels are well balanced. If you care about long term tire wear and performance, it’s best to deal with true tire/wheel professionals such as these.
I have now relied on them for two vehicles. I still trust these guys and will continue to work with them. They did a phenomenal job on my 2025 4runner!”

“One of the few places who will put on exhaust parts ordered online. However, they needed to use their own gaskets. They forgot to plug the O2 sensor which was odd. Luckily, I just needed to plug it back in. ?”
“I went in yesterday to get the back tires replaced. They replaced them fairly quickly. By the next morning one of the tires was flat. I took my vehicle back they fixed it immediately at no extra cost. Very apologetic. Would definitely recommend them. Very nice and respectful as well”
“I purchased a set of tires online from Goodyear, including installation and alignment with an appointment confirmed for the work at this store. When I arrived at the time of my appointment, the store had no record of my appointment due to communication issue between Goodyear and the local store. I understand these things happen, and it was handled well. Beverly told me they had the tires in stock and would get the job done that day, it would just take time to verify order/purchase with Goodyear. This was all taken care of, and tires were installed without issue the same day. As a bonus, I was told that the alignment i had already paid for was not needed at the time. I appreciate this level of honesty and integrity as it is not common. Thanks for a positive experience.”

“Stayed at a hotel for a conference right off 95. Picked up a nail in my tire that was near the end of its life anyway. A quick Google pulled up tons of chains nearby, but Simmons was top rated and a half mile away. I called during a break and they confirmed they had a replacement in my size. I asked if I could drop it off at lunch and pick up later. . .he said if I gave him 10 minutes he'd send me back with it. My buddy gave me a ride from our hotel, bc the line for the lunch buffet at our conference was long! He didn't want to stay long, and I did t want to be the guy keeping my boy from missing lunch just to help me. We pull up and they're helping another customer. Long story short, they take care of that customer, ring them up, replace my tire and I'm paying for it within 8 minutes.
They deserve every 5 star they get, polite, helpful, quick and honest.”
