The staff treated me with the respect and I dropped the car off and he give me a time when it would be done and he called me earlier than expected and told me that it was ready to be picked up. Sara was a great help with locating the tires I was looking for and able to match other prices I found on line. Ordered tires and had installed within 24 hours. Little tire also took care of any questions I had and also took care of my mail in rebate. Free rotation every 5000 miles.
