“Wow, I am actually kind of stunned at the horrible reviews here. I don't even bank at Wells Fargo. But I have Power of Attorney for a friend who does and I've been working with this branch to handle the financial needs of my friend who is hospitalized. Both Natalie and Mo have been extremely helpful and kind. Natalie made about a zillion copies of account records for me, and Mo helped me set up my POA access to the account. Granted, the latter took a couple hours due to the inexperience of someone in the department he was required to work with by phone. But that was not his fault. I bank at Credit Unions as my husband is retired Air Force. But I have no complaints with the employees I have dealt with at this branch.”
