“I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. I’m really impressed with how well he addressed the issue and exceeded my expectations. Hany’s dedication and effort were exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help.”

“It was time for 2018 Enclave to have fluids replaced (maybe a bit past time for some of them. We had brake fluid, enogine coolant and transmission fluids replaced. Casey’s was price competitive and we knew the quality of their work from past experiences with their shop. They did not disappoint and are still 5 star in our opinion”

“I was referred to R&C after a box store tire shop busted a lug nut while trying to replace a tire (the nut broke and half of it was still threaded to the stud).
I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to work on my car immediately and their determination to get the repair done with some level of problem solving (applying heat rather than shear brute force which could've caused additional damage to the wheel).
Milly was super pleasant and kept me aware of what was happening and the timing of things (she was able to get a replacement lug nut ordered for my older car and delivered/installed within a few hours).
My overall impression having observed the comings and goings for a few hours was competence and a reasonable price for my project.”

Saved $25 on a full synthetic oil change. Schedule an appointment. Do not walk in and expect you can be serviced immediately. If you have an appointment, prepare to either drop off or wait a couple of hours.”

“I've been dealing with Piedmont Tire & Auto Haymarket & Gainesville since it's Grand Openings many years ago. John Filippone and his crew from the service counter to the guy that mops the floors are "Top Notch" in the automotive industry. I always request Master Tech Tony Baggette to work on my vehicles and John walks me back to Tony's station so that I can personally talk with Tony about my automotive issues. You wont find a better place for diagnosing and repairing automotive problems and I travel 45 to 50 miles to get there. I've also purchased tires over the years for all of my vehicles at Piedmont Tire because of the best prices. Piedmont Tire & Auto rules the automotive industry ! 5 Stars from me !”
